This helps our team verify the legitimacy, condition, and estimated market value of your item before it goes live.

Step 2: WinVault Review & Approval

Once all documentation is submitted, the WinVault team reviews your listing for approval. We verify the information provided and ensure the item meets our marketplace standards.

After approval, your item is activated as a live sweepstakes on the platform and promoted to thousands of potential entrants.

Step 3: Sit Back While WinVault Handles the Rest

Once your sweepstakes goes live, WinVault handles the marketing, exposure, platform management, and sweepstakes process. There’s no negotiating with buyers, answering endless questions, or dealing with lowball offers.

You do absolutely nothing while entrants compete for the opportunity to win your item.

Step 4: Sweepstakes Goal is Reached

When the sweepstakes reaches its target amount, the contest closes and a verified random drawing selects the winner.

At that point, WinVault sends you a secure QR code connected to our UPS shipping account. Simply take your packaged item to UPS, scan the QR code, and ship the item directly to the verified winner. Shipping costs are covered by WinVault.

Step 5: Document the Shipment

Before shipping, sellers are required to take clear photos of:
• The item condition
• Packaging materials
• The sealed shipping box
• Shipping label confirmation

This protects both the seller and the winner throughout the fulfillment process.

Step 6: Winner Verification & Seller Payment

Once the winner receives the item, they will confirm delivery and upload photos verifying the item arrived as expected.

After delivery is confirmed and verified, WinVault releases the seller’s funds securely and directly to the seller.
