WinVault Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
By using WinVault and entering any sweepstakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in their state of residence. Sweepstakes are only open to eligible U.S. residents and are void where prohibited by law.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Alternative free entry methods are available for every sweepstakes and are outlined in the Official Rules for each listing.
How WinVault Works
WinVault is a marketplace platform that allows sellers to unlock full market value for authenticated luxury items through legally compliant sweepstakes experiences.
Entrants purchase entries for a chance to win featured items. Entry fees, odds, and sweepstakes details are displayed on each listing page.
WinVault acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not the buyer or seller of listed items.
Winner Selection
Winners are selected through a verified random drawing process. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be contacted using the email associated with their account and may be required to verify identity before prize fulfillment.
Prize Fulfillment
All items are authenticated prior to listing by designated third party authentication partners.
Winners may receive either:
- The physical prize item
- A cash equivalent if offered for that specific sweepstakes
Shipping timelines and fulfillment details vary by item.
Refunds
All entries are final and non refundable unless a sweepstakes is canceled by WinVault.
If a sweepstakes is canceled, eligible entrants will receive a refund to their original payment method.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using bots or automated systems
- Misrepresenting location or identity
- Attempting to manipulate sweepstakes results
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Violation may result in account termination, disqualification, and forfeiture of entries or prizes.
Limitation of Liability
WinVault provides the platform and sweepstakes services on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, future item value, or third party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinVault’s liability is limited to the amount of entry fees paid for the applicable sweepstakes.
Dispute Resolution
By participating, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action litigation.
Changes to Terms
WinVault may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
